Incoming cloud forces Bush & Cheney into bunker

I was thinking about this. I don't recall Clinton having a stupid nationally embarrasing moment EVERY day. It was more that he had 3-4 REALLY horrific lapses in judgement over his 8 years that were talked about over and over every day. Are we desensitized as a nation by Clinton and Bush? Is it just "more of the same"? Is Bush getting a free ride because of a national unwillingness to go down the media crucification road again? Is it 9/11?
